I’m thinking that Rev. 14:13 is kind of dangling by itself. The three angels’ message goes to verse 12, and then starting with verse 14, it is about reaping the harvest of the earth.
The first part of Rev. 18 has two parts. Verses 1-3, which the fourth angel tells, and then verses 4-8, which a voice from heaven announces.
